The privatization targets are economic growth, involving international and domestic investmets, reducing a part of state and municipal property in the structure of Ukrainian economics through the sale of privatization objects to an effective private owner.

The SPFU is a regulator of valuation market. The transparent professional actions in this market contribute to the establishment of strict rules and conditions. All of its participants should be guided by these. It gives impetus to the development of adjacent markets and the economy.
